PATCHOULI MD BASE :: BASE COMPOUND

A clean reconstruction of molecular-distilled patchouli but built from scratch. Keeps the mineral-earthy core, removes the camphoraceous sharpness, and adds a calm woody drydown that settles into dry-warmth instead of mud. The structure pays homage to the patchouli revolution that shaped the 90s gourmand style through Angel and its descendants.

Character: earthy-amber, mineral wood.

USE
Acts as a stable base in woody, chypre, and oriental designs. Provides volume and terrain without darkness. Opens space for vanilla, balsams, and amber materials to breathe. Excellent for adding natural gravity and grounding florals.
