Free Shipping

We offer free shipping based on order value and region:

  • Spain :: Free Shipping on orders over €50

  • EU & UK :: Free Shipping on orders over €150

  • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) :: Free Shipping on orders over €250

  • Global* :: Free Shipping on orders over €350

    *Note: In our system, “Global” refers to destinations outside Europe and North America, mainly Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania.

    Our courier network defines these as separate economic zones, which is why rates differ from EU or North American shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are packed at our Madrid Lab. Processing time is 1-2 business days, depending on workload and season. During holiday periods or major product drops, processing may take a bit longer. A tracking link will be sent once your order ships.

European Union

Standard: 3-6 business days + 1-2 days processing

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may trigger customs inspections, import taxes or duties. These costs are not included in product price and vary by country. BASED cannot control these charges—they are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.


Returns & Damages

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@getbased.storewith photos of the item and the packaging.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Once the order is shipped, we cannot reroute or modify it.
