ORANGE :: ESSENTIAL OIL (COLD PRESSED)

The essence of thousands of freshly squeezed fruits from sunny Southern Italian orchards. This cold-pressed oil is warm, sparkly, and incredibly vibrant. It captures the full spectrum of the fruit from the zesty, stinging spray of a peeled rind to the sweet, succulent juice within. It brings an immediate sense of solar energy and polished brightness to any composition.

Character: zesty, sparkly, succulent, sweet citrus, solar, radiant.

USE
Brightens and lifts. Acts as a high-energy top note that clears the "fog" of heavier base materials. Essential for traditional Colognes, Chypres, and Hesperidic structures. It adds a natural, mouth-watering realism to fruit accords and provides a luminous opening to florals.

  • Use at 1% to 5% for a subtle, refreshing lift.

  • 5% to 15% for a clear, dominant citrus theme.

  • In classic EDC (Eau de Cologne) styles, it can be used more liberally to define the core identity.

PAIRINGS
Nerol, Petitgrain, Bergamot, Lemon, Lavender, Rosemary, Geranium, Rose, Neroli, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Ginger, Frankincense, Benzoin, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Ethyl Maltol.

FORMAT
10ml bottle. 100% Pure Essential Oil.

HANDLING
Volatile and light-sensitive. As a cold-pressed citrus oil, it is prone to oxidation. Store in a cool, dark place (ideally refrigerated) to preserve its sparkling profile. Its high limonene content makes it a powerful top note that dissipates relatively quickly, so it often requires fixatives like resins or musks to extend its presence.
