ETHYL MALTOL :: MOLECULE

A high impact gourmand booster. Sweet cotton candy core with caramel and jammy fruit edges. Warm, sticky, toasted sugar effect. Even a small amount changes the mood of a formula. Adds comfort, thickness and a dessert-like glow.

Character: sugary, caramellic, cotton candy, jammy red fruit, warm and toasted.

USE
Sweetens and thickens. Boosts vanilla, caramel, chocolate, fruits and florals. Useful for praline, candy, jammy berry and fantasy accords. A trace adds body even in non gourmand structures.

Use at 0.01 percent to 0.1 percent for subtle warmth. 0.1 percent to 0.3 percent for clear sweetness. Beyond that only in very sweet constructions.
