BLACK TEA :: BASE COMPOUND PCW

A professional black tea reconstruction from PCW built for realism and strength. Delivers dark, full-bodied tea character with slightly smoky, indolic depth and animalic undertone. Smells like opening a bag of strong oolong, that first hit of dry leaves with subtle smoke and fermented warmth. More raw and animalic than fantasy tea bases, leaning into the darker facets of strong oolong and Assam varieties. Very strong at full strength, requiring significant dilution for practical use.

USE
Functions as a strong tea modifier for oriental, woody, leather, and floral frameworks. Adds dark tea depth to tobacco accords and ambery constructions. Works in masculine spicy-wood compositions as a middle note. Provides realistic tea character that stands up to other materials without getting buried. Due to intensity, dilute to 10% or 50% for easier handling and evaluation. Use at 1% to 3% (of the diluted base) for background tea character, 3% to 8% for recognizable presence.
